The single most important thing to do in this respect is then to eat a balanced diet that encompasses an assortment of healthy foods from the basic food groups primarily consisting of fruits, green vegetables, whole grains, low-fat or nonfat dairy products, beans, lean meats and essential fats from healthy oils such as olive oil. It goes without saying that nothing catalyzes obesity like fatty food does. Accordingly, fat intake should not exceed 35% of the the total calories that you take and the sources of this fat should, for the most part be restricted to oils from fish, nuts, avocado, olive oil and canola oil.
2. Regular Exercise
Yes, we all hear about regular exercise but owing to the hectic daily routine it seems virtually impossible to take out dedicated time every day to flex our muscles. There are, however a number of exercise products in the market that help to lose weight by investing as less as 15-20 minutes daily. If you can’t afford these exercise products then there is nothing like 30 minutes of brisk walk or cycling and 15 minutes of running or swimming to keep the extra layer of fat off your body.

Other serious health issues such as Type 2 Diabetes, strokes, asthma and liver diseases are also directly related to our level of fast food intake.
5. Medical Advice
