Pimples are everyday growing up problem and comes naturally as we grow up but there are many ways in which you can reduce them if not completely get rid of them. Every one is very conscious about their face in particular because your face does determine your entire look. Having pimples effects the self esteem of the person having them and we lose so much time and concentration worrying about them!
Lets have a look at a few ways and methods which can help you get rid of this problem.
First of all, you need to take proper water intake. Water helps keeping the metabolism at a proper rate thus, new skins cells are made and old are replaced quickly. This helps in avoiding pimples and get rid of the spots left by the old ones.
Secondly, avoid oily food. Oily food causes an increase in facial oil. Facial oil then helps the growth of bacteria in your pores which cause pimples.
Thirdly, use a good anti-bacterial skin friendly face wash. If you have an oily skin, use face wash that is oil free. Wash your face more than ones if you feel that oil stays at your face. This will keep removing oil and dirt from your face thus preventing the growth of pimple causing bacteria.
Fourthly, if your skin develops pimples, avoid touching them frequently. This makes your own hand as a vector for bacteria. When you touch your face, you plant that bacteria else where without realizing. Many of us irritate and rash our skins by constantly rubbing on to the pimples and bruise them. Doing this leaves scars on the face which then take time to get away.
Lastly, keep check of your proper diet. Vitamin A, Vitamin E and Vitamin C help preventing pimples. They also help develop healthier skin. Juices with these vitamins help you avoid pimples. Beverages like tea and coffee cause pimples so if you have this problem, try to decrease their intake. Instead, consume more juices and fruits.
