Acne a problem of all

Acne is a problem that is faced by everyone, people of every age, people in every corner of the world. All have this problem in the lives at one point or another. There is just no one, who can say I never had to deal with acne. Acne is caused by many reasons.

An acne bacterium thrives in oily skin. So a simple way is to remove acne is to remove the oil from your skin which is by washing your skin regularly. Use a simple skin soothing cleanser. When choosing a cleanser, avoid one that leaves film on the skin as they contain mineral oil and that is the last thing we want.

Getting rid of dead skin that clogs the pores are also essential, good exfoliation should be used which don’t irritate your skin with harsh scrubs.

Lactic, salicylic acids and glycolic are some of the most common chemical exfoliants and they encourage the elimination of dead skin cells which causes acne. Acne bacteria are bacteria that live on our skin. So killing the bacteria is also a good way to get rid of it. Alcohol kills off the bacteria but it irritates the skin around it. One ingredient which goes and kills the bacteria without causing irritation is benzoyl peroxide. We should also avoid eating food which is hot in nature, like nuts and eat loads of food and drinks that cools the body. So if you want to get rid of acne, drink a lot of water.
