Braids are healthy for hair!

Braids are hairstyles in which you knot your hair in a way that they move on till the edge like a bale.  Due this reason the hair are kept tied along most of their length and so can cope with tangles and split ends both of which occur in open free hair.

As hair is kept combed and safe from tangles, hair fall reduces. So if your hair falls a lot, you should try tying your hair in  braids and only opening them occasionally as by doing so you can prevent your hair from hair fall and damage. Braids also keep hair fresh for a longer time after hair wash.
