Proper diet which enhances appearance and health

People do all kinds of things to look good, to enhance their appearance and their health. To make themselves look good they waste a lot of money on creams and for health they buy all sorts of vitamins and drugs so that they have good health. The best way to look good is do have the proper diet. We can use all kinds of organic lotions to give our body a nice tone which they do but the key is proper diet.

Tomatoes are a very good example, as they can be added with anything. Tomatoes are loaded with lycopene, a powerful antioxidant which fight illnesses. They are also loaded with vitamins C and A.

Green tea has a lot of advantages like cancer prevention to longevity to gentler skin aging thanks to its antioxidant polyphenol. This is the reason why so many people drink green tea after their lunch or dinner. It helps them in digestion as well as all the other things.

Broccoli is another thing that should be on our list as its nutrition profile is better than every other vegetable. It has anti-inflammatory effects, which can help our eyes, help against heart diseases and even sun damage to our skin. I agree, they look strange as if from another planet, but there is nothing that can be fixed by adding some spices and vinegar.

Walnuts are also a good thing as it is great for the health especially our heart, it lowering cholesterol along with many other things. They also improving brain functions and reducing inflammation.

These are simple things that we can add to have a proper diet, enjoy a long, health life and look good at the same time.
